When Merida, a Scottish princess, refuses to marry, things turn upside down, especially when she accidentally turns her mother into a bear!
Merida's parents announce that she is to be married to one of the three clans first born. She just wants to go ride in the woods. Her Mother is determined to get her to go along with it. Then she meets a witch who makes these wooden bears. Merida quickly discovers she is a witch and so she asks to have her Mother change to accept her being against making her get married. Instead it turns her Mom and her 3 brothers into Bears.
