Classic story. Great illustrations! You can almost hear the different voices of the various trains.

A great classic that even my one year old likes....however it is a bit long to read the whole story. It is better suited for 3 years and up. Great illstrations

Loren Long's illustrations are dark & grotesque & add nothing to Watty Piper's classic story.
