Add a CommentI wrote an online review for a cafe in Invemere, BC that served me a fantastic roast turkey sandwich with the Cranberry Salsa from this book. The owner replied to my review and let me know that the recipe came from this book. The title says it all. These recipes are gorgeous, simple, fresh and delicious. I was kind of sad when the second book revealed recipes that were more fussy and time consuming. The first book is a busy mom, family friendly treasure trove while the second book would be more for special occasions where you want to spend a bit more time to impress your company...in my opinion
