I always opted for White Christmas over this flick. I could never finish the edited version on tv. I finally watched the whole film on dvd and was shocked with the Lincoln holiday scene, Bing Crosby and his female co-star sing in blackface.

All of the lead characters are quite miserable people too. Hard to believe this is still considered a classic holiday film.

A great classic movie! Where the song "White Christmas" came from.
