Such an awesome book. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. Shows the reader how your actions today will affect your life tomorrow.

I love the time-travel concepts and Wrinkle in Time connection.

Great book! It has a little bit of everything woven into the story: friendship, school, time travel, mystery, crime, food, bullying, and A Wrinkle in Time. Miranda is a very believable main character.

A mysterious note appears in your backpack, saying, "I am coming to save your friend's life, and my own." And the spare key to your apartment has disappeared, and your best friend is acting strange, and there's a crazy laughing man on the corner as you walk home from school. But this is not a regular mystery, because you must take time travel into account to understand what has happened, and what will happen. Or will it? If you love A Wrinkle in Time as Miranda does, then you'll want to know how that book helps her unravel the secret in this wonderful and amazing story.

Stead has a relaxed, engaging style, which makes it easy to glide by the more perplexing parts of her tale. Short enough that you'll be able to re-read it to see what you missed the first time through.

A great story with wonderful characters and many mysterious twists and turns. Our family read it aloud with our ten-year-old son and it generated great discussions about time travel, the multi-dimensional world, and the possible reasons people and situations may come into our lives. We had read "A Wrinkle in Time" shortly before and this added to our enjoyment and understanding of the book.

such an interesting, unique book. i loved it. it's unexpected, and totally worth it.

I love this book. It's a little intense (WHAT IS GOING ON??!), but so good, and so worth it.
