The novel follows Lola's journey towards learning not what she really wants, but learning the kind of person that she is, and discovering that Cricket Bell changes her in more than one way.
This book is about a girl named Lola and her boyfriend Max. Lola has a unique way of showing her personality. Cricket, Lola's neighbor from childhood, moves back in. He's really good looking and Lola starts to feel the feelings she had for him as a child coming back.
