I found this little book interesting, and even if the writing was simple it was also like quiet, close conversation. It included some sentences that were a bit eye-popping, like "what if you gave a blow-job party and nobody came?", which, even in the context it was in - talking about a novel released during the oral-sex moral panic of the late 20th and early 21st century - was still a bit jarring, even hilarious. Some of the assertions are dangerously sexist though, such as when she writes that girls have more psychological intensity than boys, and saying it in way that suggests its a kind of superiority (she gives no reference to substantiate the assertion). It ends off giving some practical advice, including taking a look at internet porn (!?). On the whole, its an edifying book that was easy to read.
