Season one of Decoded is a History Channel series that explores fact and fiction about American icons, events and institutions. Brad Meltzer, a fiction and non-fiction author, assembled a team of three researchers to help him investigate stories and secrets about icons such as the Statue of LIberty, the White House, the CIA as well as other famous events and secret societies. One might need a tin foil (aluminum) hat for some of the episodes while other episodes are believable and insightful.
