At sixteen, Farrah had everything a young girl could want: popularity, beauty, a spot on the cheerleading squad and her first true love. Then, cruelly, without warning, everything changed. A true tale of how high school pregnancy radically alters the lives of those affected by it, especially the teen mother's. Fans of MTV's critically acclaimed hit documentary series Teen Mom have followed Farrah Abraham's tumultous life. Now in this remarkably candid, utterly unflinching memoir, Farrah takes readers into the life that hasn't been seen on television.

It is exactly awful as you would think, if you have seen the show. It reads like Farrah talks, so there's that. Poor writing, poor editing - seriously, one sentence was just cut off mid-way and a new paragraph started. MTV must not have good editors, as the Kailyn book suffers the same shitty editing issues.

Really enjoyed this book it brings to light what teenagers go through in this day and age. Also the responsibility of raising a child at age 17 after the tragic death of her boyfriend (father of Sophia).

This book is so...I can't begin to describe it. It was written by a very snotty girl, and that's what you get. She didn't exactly seem proud of her hardcore party past, but she didn't exactly seem ashamed or sorry for it either. It was a quick read, so I didn't have to spend too much time on it, but it's not something I would ever recommend for anybody to read. Definitely not a role model for young girls, or something that young girls should even read.

Sixty chapters?! Really?! I glanced through this muck to see if there was anything worthwhile as a cautionary tale. Guess what? It's as self-absorbed as one could imagine. The second sentence of the description illustrates just how ignorant this girl is,"cruelly, without warning, everything changed". Seriously? In this day of world-wide information how could you NOT know that having unprotected sex could lead to pregnancy? I admit I watched her on MTVs Teen Mom but nothing has changed (I am over 50 and was curious). Sadly, I believe she's going to be a role model for many girls. I would suggest you skim through this, give your head a shake, then talk to your daughters AND sons.
