There are so many recipes I want to try--they look delish! I think I just might purchase this book. Beautifully presented.

Rachel Khoo takes some of the mystery out of French cooking and makes it much less intimidating. Some of the recipes are very quick and easy and most of them are classic dishes with an original or simplified twist, while offering little hints to avoid disasters. All of the dishes are displayed with beautiful photos. Both novice cooks or experienced foodies will enjoy this book. Can’t wait to try the Poulet aux champignons avec une sauce au bin blanc (Chicken and mushrooms in a white wine sauce) or the Quatre0quarts aux agrumes (Citrus fruit cake).
