This interesting but frustratingly short documentary centers around Alan Rabinowitz, a talented scientist with a deep respect for the jungle, and his quest to create an expansive area for wild jaguars to live in. The film is at its strongest when it goes into specific details about the threats the jaguars face and how they manage to still survive. However, things meander about a bit in terms of focus and narrative timelines jump around. This hurts things to a degree that one wishes the editing was different. Overall, though, the documentary provides a nice look into these fascinating creatures.
