Add a CommentAudio clips from the US/USSR space race combine with synth music to make an inspiring record that covers everything from JFK's declaration to reach the moon by the end of the 1960s to Sputnik, Yuri Gagarin ("The whole world knew him and loved him..."), and Valentina Tereshkova, from a somber track about the fatal Apollo 1 fire to the exhilarating "Go!" that takes us on the first mission that landed humans on the moon.
This is a cool little piece of experimental music. It combines radio clips from the space race in the fifties with jazz and electronic inspired ambient tracks. Give it a spin!
