My take-away from this book is the info on minerals and such that a body needs for health. The actual food stuff rather turns me off. Probably a good book
for some, but doubtful for me in that direction.
But, as I say, the nutritional info is great.

I decided to check out this book due to a write up in a magazine. However, the book was just not what I expected. The author based this diet on how much alkaline you should intake. The recipes given were alot of meat base which turned me off. I mean I'm not a vegetarian by any means but I just couldn't see how the recipes will help with weight loss. I did like the chia meatballs and cauliflower pizza recipes. So I will try cooking those. Not impress with this book at all.
