This mystery set in Scotland has echoes in our own country. A body found in a death pit on a pig farm is complicated by the research of a student into a 300 year old murder. Terry has traveled to Scotland to complete her theme paper only to find herself part of the investigation that includes confronting a secretive commune who may hold the secret to both cases. Hard to put down, this addictive read is fascinating and full of twists and turns.
