"I have to agree with Dr. Lonsdale. Pet foods should not be involved in the veterinary profession. When you consider the detrimental effects some of these foods can have on our pets, veterinarians, the people who provide medical care for our pets, should not be involved in selling these products. In my opinion it would be the same as human doctors dispensing from their practices particular brands of foods for various ailments. p. 17.

Important information about the conflict of interest that veterinarians are in when they are selling pet food, rendered pets going into pet food and not being labeled and no testing to see what levels of sodium pentobarbital are in pet food, the validity or not of the raw food diet, and home-made recipes. This is a must-read for anyone who loves their pet.
