Like it. And would like to recommend it... Time loops. What is the reason and what is consequent. When it starts and when it ends. As for me -interesting enough to stay with this movie.

This movie is so weird and cool! It's the type of movie you can watch over and over again and still find something new to appreciate.

A fascinating movie with an interesting concept of time. I like Sci-Fi so I spent time trying to analyze the movie as I was watching it...which is good, it keeps you thinking. Worth checking out.

When I start watching a DVD I haven't seen before I tend to go to the bonus features to see what's offered -- my quirky little practice, whatever...
I watched the trailer. I pulled the disc out of my DVD player, put it back into the case, and popped it on my Return To The Library stack.
Just not my bag of .... whatever.

Great film, perfect if you want something non-scary for halloween. The music really helps carry the plot and the film has top-quality acting.

The reasons I like this film. 1) the music, 2) the obscure literature referenced in said film, 3) it has this dream like quality and has some thing to say.

This is a cult classic. I love it so much that I rewatch once or twice a year. It is genius!

What an incredible film--reminiscent of Jamin Winan's Ink. A little difficult (read: very difficult) to understand without the background provided by the featured book (a copy of which is included in the Special Features section of the DVD), but once you have that, you have a splendidly dark film. One of the only time travel stories I've ever been able to enjoy. One caveat: There's a fair bit of development of minor characters that seemingly trails off into nothing, although they gain more meaning through the ending.

I am finding that a lot of the movies and books that I really hate- and I mean fiercely and violently hate- are the ones that people think are clever when said films are actually being obtuse. I also have noticed that I hate movies that include unsympathetic protagonists and try to convince me that likable characters are somehow fake. This movie wants to be clever and edgy and brilliant so badly, but it isn't. It's got nice music though. so yea?

All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
