Just borrowed the first book "Somethine Borrowed" from someone in the building and of course upset when seen there was a book 2 and was unsure if i would find it. Have reserved it as the first was one of the fastest i've read in a while. Could not put down.
Now adding as I've read the second. I was iffy with it being from Darcy's perspective but what an amazing book. I even got emotional.
I have heard mixed reviews about "Baby Proof" about Claudia deciding to have a child but I like her books so much going to give it a chance

Gloriously caught up in love conundrums and career confusion, three young women redefine a sense of home in the midst of New York City. Great characterization and a snappy readability make this a perfect summer read.

A patron review from the Adult Summer Game: "This book is the Sequel to Something Blue. I preferred the first book, but this was still a good read."

Book 2 in the series, a continuation from the 1st book and fills in gaps and some questions I had. U feel pulled into these women's lives and see 2 sides of the same story, Loved this book

This was a perfect compliment to the first one. I wasn't sure what I was going to think about since I really disliked Darcy in the first one. This book did start with Darcy's perspective on the whole "closet-incident" as it is referred too and it reminded me on how much I really didn't like her in the first one. However, about half way through the book, she gets a wake up call and realizes that she needs to change. That her priorities and her personality needs a make-over. The transformation that Darcy goes through while in London is inspiring. She becomes a character that you can relate too, start caring about and ultimately love. This is the perfect chick-lit beach summer read and left me with nothing but "a happy, fairy-tale ending" feeling.

Really enjoyed this book as a nice mind dump shall I say. It was a very light read, kept you wanting to come back to see how it would end. This is a girl you love to hate and you hate to love. I would recommend.

This is another favorite of mine. Emily Giffin really had me relate to Darcey. ALL women HAVE to admit to being shallow sometimes, judging other women's clothing, hair, nails, feeling insecure for foolish reasons, and betrayal from friends. I love the fact that Darcey grows to be a better person and realizes the important things in life that really matter. The ending was a little too fairytailish for me. However, i loved hearing the other side to the story after Something Borrowed. i like Darcey a lot more than Rachel. This is a must read!!!!!

I just started getting into Emily Giffin's novels and had finished "Something Borrowed". I wasn't expecting Darcy to be the star of the book, but i absolutely loved it.

You find yourself rooting for her half way through the book. Plus it has a great ending! Definelty liked this book more than Giffin's first novel.

Great book! I had to read it after reading Something Borrowed...the book was better than the movie.

I loved how Darcy changed for the better.

I'm so happy that she wrote this sequel. Although Darcy is still shallow, you get to really find out more of the real her. I was happy with the ending.
