A great book on a subject with a lengthy history; many forget that David Rockefeller accompanied President Nixon and Henry Kissinger on their trips to open relations with China and that Rockefeller established banking opertions in Beijing and Moscow as far back as 1973. If a country has 10x jobs, offshores 3x of those jobs, and another 3x or so disappear as they were supported by those offshored jobs, then there remains only 4x or less jobs. Simple arithmetic.
