this book promises fabulous riches and reads like the most breathless hard sell you ever heard. all without providing any concrete instructions. it is so full of capital-case trademarked 'strategies' that it really feels like a snow job. I am currently investigating whether or not any of the ideas have merit, but I am quite skeptical. it's premise is that untold riches can be tapped via mortgage leveraging, and it was published in 2007- right before the sub-prime mortgage economic crisis.
