Jacques Torres is a famous chocolatier in NYC. He was born and trained in France.

Recipes include chocolates, hot chocolate, cakes, cookies, molded chocolates, brittles, tarts, mousses, and more.

These recipes are easy for the home kitchen. Ingredients are easily obtained and directions are clear.

Lots of large photos, which I always love in a cookbook.

I only wish he would have included some more advanced techniques.
