The audiobook is read by the author, and is rather uneven: sometimes faster, too long pauses, getting too quiet or loud, odd emphases, and some unusual pronunciations.
The work itself has a major flaw: it delineates only 4 major personalities, however, if there are five major traits and one can have them in, say, three levels (low, middle, and high), that would mean that there are three to the power five personality (ummm.... that's 243 (?)) types. The early indication that its wrong is that she refers favorably to the Myers-briggs personality tests; that has been debunked over twenty years before this book was written. (Psychology is the most intellectually corrupt of the sciences!)
The four types are so broad that one can see oneself in each of them, to a fairly substantial degree. The advice given is so useful that anyone can use it as a result. It would be a worthwhile book to be rewritten, but with more modern and reliable scientific results guiding the reader/listener.

One big advertisement for Match.com
Extremely tedious and long-winded. The scientific concepts are twisted to the author's needs and often presented inaccurately, or as cold facts, when there is still much dispute about their contribution to a "trait".
