Lots of stories by people who have transitioned to plant-based athletics - bodybuilders, runners, triathletes, ultra-runners, etc. Some had pretty remarkable improvements. A very interesting read!
Also lots of recipes, including how to make your own electrolyte drinks (an easy way and a slightly harder way using dates) and your own gels (for those doing ultra-endurance activities).
The info is good for beginners and experienced athletes in their own fields. Surprises await!
